Club Boring Refund Terms & Conditions

At Boring Studios, we believe in fair, transparent policies that respect both your time and ours. The following outlines the eligibility criteria and process for requesting a refund for Club Boring.

✅ Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a full refund, you must meet all of the following:

Full Participation

You must engage with the entire program for a minimum of 90 consecutive days from your purchase date. This includes completing all video lessons, using templates, and implementing the tools provided.

Proof of Implementation

We require evidence that you actively applied the materials, including but not limited to:

  • Completed worksheets and/or templates, tools and resources 
  • Screenshots or documentation of your efforts (e.g. business assets, marketing attempts, client outreach)
  • Attendance at webinars or viewing of replays

Minimum Return

We don’t guarantee results, but we do expect effort. If you’ve engaged fully and still found the material unhelpful, you’re welcome to request a refund.

Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted between Day 91 and Day 120 after purchase. Requests received outside this window will not be considered.

📩 How to Request a Refund

Email us at penelope@boringstudios.com.au with the subject line: "Club Boring Refund Request" and include the following:

  • Your full name and order confirmation
  • A summary of your implementation efforts
  • Relevant documentation as outlined above

🚫 Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to deny any refund request if it’s determined that the course content was not adequately applied, or if the request appears to be made in bad faith.

By purchasing Club Boring, you agree to abide by these terms.

📤 Post-Refund Access

Upon refund, your access to all Club Boring materials – including courses, tools, templates, replays, and community spaces will be revoked. Continued use of any proprietary material after a refund is issued is not permitted under our terms.
