Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive:

  • Immediate access to your digital download(s) on the checkout confirmation page (where applicable).

If you do not receive your confirmation email within 15 minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.

2. Digital Product Delivery

All Boring Studios products are delivered electronically.

Delivery may include:

  • Direct download links

  • Workspace duplication links (e.g. Notion templates)

  • Access instructions for digital platforms

Download and access information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is accurate and valid at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email information.

3. Download & Access Requirements

Digital products may require third-party software or platforms, including but not limited to:

  • Notion

  • Figma

  • Canva

  • Microsoft products

  • Adobe software

  • Internet access

  • Compatible devices

It is your responsibility to ensure your device, internet connection, and software meet the necessary technical requirements prior to purchase.

We do not provide refunds due to incompatibility with your personal systems or software.

Support is limited to access and download assistance unless otherwise stated on the product page.

5. License & Usage

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, or transfer the product

  • Share download links or workspace access with third parties

  • Republish or reproduce the product for commercial resale

Unauthorised distribution may result in revoked access.

6. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.

Where applicable (such as with CBOS), specific refund guarantees are outlined in our Terms of Service.

Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Currency & Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
