Refund policy

Digital Products

All Boring Studios products are digital downloads or digital workspace templates and frameworks.

Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final.

However, we do offer a limited refund policy under specific conditions.

 


 

14-Day Confidence Refund (CBOS Only)

CBOS is covered by our 14-Day Confidence Refund.

If within 14 days of purchase you have genuinely attempted to set up and implement the system but feel it has not improved your clarity, organisation, or confidence in running your business, you may request a refund.

To qualify:

  • Your request must be made within 14 days of purchase

  • You must provide reasonable proof that you attempted to use the system (for example, confirmation that the workspace was duplicated and initial setup steps were completed)

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show no evidence of attempted implementation or misuse of the policy.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 


 

Other Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds on:

  • Templates

  • Frameworks

  • Workbooks

  • Guides

  • Bundles

  • Courses

  • Downloadable resources

Each product will require a third party software such as Adobe, Notion, Canva, PowerPoint or Figma to use. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide evidence of:

  • Successful digital delivery

  • Download access

  • Usage activity

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly so we can resolve any concerns quickly and fairly.

 


 

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, contact us immediately. We will assist in resolving access problems.

Technical issues do not automatically qualify for refunds, but we will work to ensure you receive the product you purchased.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page.
