Digital Products

All Boring Studios products are digital downloads or digital workspace templates and frameworks.

Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final.

However, we do offer a limited refund policy under specific conditions.



14-Day Confidence Refund  

Our Frameworks are covered by our 14-Day Confidence Refund.

If within 14 days of purchase you have genuinely attempted to set up and implement your client system but feel it has not improved your clarity, organisation, or confidence in running your business, you may request a refund.

To qualify:

  • Your request must be made within 14 days of purchase

  • You must provide reasonable proof that you attempted to use the system (for example, a finished Proposal framework having been sent to a client with email receipt). 

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show no evidence of attempted implementation or misuse of the policy.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Other Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds on:

  • Templates

  • Frameworks

  • Workbooks

  • Guides

  • Bundles

  • Courses

  • Downloadable resources

Each product will require a third party software such as Adobe, Notion, Canva, PowerPoint or Figma to use. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide evidence of:

  • Successful digital delivery

  • Download access

  • Usage activity

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly so we can resolve any concerns quickly and fairly.



Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, contact us immediately. We will assist in resolving access problems.

Technical issues do not automatically qualify for refunds, but we will work to ensure you receive the product you purchased.

Branding Services: Terms & Conditions

We like to keep things simple. These terms explain how our branding packages work, including payments, cancellations, revisions and ownership.

By purchasing a branding package from Boring Studios®, you agree to the following terms.

1. Payments & Refunds

All branding packages are paid in full at checkout.

Because every project is custom-designed for your business, we don't offer refunds simply because you've changed your mind or decided not to proceed once work has begun.

If you cancel before we've started working on your project, we'll provide a full refund.

If work has already begun, any refund will take into account the reasonable value of work completed up to the cancellation date, with the remaining balance refunded where applicable.

If we're unable to deliver the agreed services, or there's a problem with our work, please contact us. We'll work with you to find an appropriate solution, including revisions, corrections or a refund where required by law.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Cancellations & Project Timelines

Your project begins once we've received both your payment and completed brand questionnaire.

Estimated turnaround times are:

  • Logo Launch: 2–4 business days

  • Brand Starter: 4–7 business days

  • Complete Identity: 14+ business days

These are estimated production timeframes. Revisions, additional requests or delays in receiving information and feedback may extend the final delivery date.

If you'd like to cancel your project, please contact us by email as soon as possible.

If we don't hear from you for 30 days after requesting feedback or information, we may place your project on hold. We'll contact you before closing an inactive project and discuss the next steps.

3. Revisions & Design Changes

Every package includes a set number of revision rounds:

  • Logo Launch: 1 revision round

  • Brand Starter: 2 revision rounds

  • Complete Identity: 2 revision rounds

A revision round is one consolidated set of feedback on the design direction we've presented.

Revisions include reasonable adjustments to the existing design, such as changes to colours, typography, layout and other details within your selected package.

Revisions do not include entirely new creative directions, additional logo concepts, new deliverables or significant changes to the original brief.

If you'd like something beyond your package's included revisions, we'll provide a quote for your approval before proceeding. No additional work will be charged without your agreement.

We recommend providing clear, consolidated feedback so we can make the most of each revision round.

4. Design Ownership & Usage Rights

Once your project is complete and fully paid for, the final approved custom designs are yours to use for your business.

Boring Studios assigns to you the copyright it owns in the original, bespoke final design work specifically created and delivered for your project, subject to any third-party rights described below.

You're free to use your final designs commercially, including on your website, packaging, signage, advertising, social media and other brand materials.

Unselected concepts, preliminary designs, drafts and unused creative directions remain the property of Boring Studios and are not included in the final deliverables.

Any third-party fonts, stock assets or other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licence terms. Where applicable, you may need to purchase your own licences.

Ownership does not automatically include trademark registration or guarantee that a design is available for registration in every market. Trademark searches and registration are not included in our standard packages.

5. Final Files & Deliverables

You'll receive the final files and assets listed in your selected package.

This may include PNG, SVG and PDF logo files, brand guidelines, colour palettes, typography recommendations and other agreed deliverables.

Editable working files, such as original design project files, are not included unless specifically stated in your package.

Once your final files have been delivered and your included revisions completed, your project is considered complete.

Additional design work or changes requested after completion can be quoted separately.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To help us deliver the best possible result, we ask that you:

  • Provide accurate and complete information in your brand questionnaire.

  • Supply any necessary content, references or existing brand materials.

  • Ensure you have permission to use any materials you provide.

  • Respond to design presentations with clear, consolidated feedback.

Significant changes to your business name, brief or requirements after work begins may require an additional fee and revised timeline. We'll always discuss this with you first.
