And anyone who works with clients, needs to track their business finances and leads and market their services.

If you are a high-level physical artist working only on client commissions, our frameworks could benefit you and provide you a client process to look and feel more professional.

Creatives our products won't work for:

If you are an artist such as a painter selling direct to consumers, our frameworks may not be right for you as you don't have a client process but our workspace could benefit you in terms of organisation and marketing.

If you are a writer pitching a novel, our frameworks may not be right for you as there is no client process but the workspace can keep tabs on leads you have already pitched to, track your finances and help you organise your marketing.

Singular frameworks: Invoice & Contract are recommended for these outliers.

  • Our frameworks are designed to give you structure, clarity, and confidence in how you run your business.

If within 14 days of purchase you’ve genuinely set it up and tried to implement either The Studio Kit or The Studio Standard, but you don’t feel more organised or confident, you can request a refund.

We will ask for simple proof that you’ve attempted to use the system. This isn’t to interrogate you, it’s to ensure the guarantee is being used fairly.

If you’re stuck at any point during those 14 days, contact us. We’re happy to point you in the right direction so you can get real value from it.

If it’s not building confidence after a fair try, we don’t want you to keep it.

  • No. Our frameworks and workspace are designed for the opposite--removing operational friction so you can focus on better creative output. When you have less decisions to make with your admin, your creative energy increases.

  • You're exactly who our products are made for. Boeing Studios Frameworks, playbooks and workspace are built for people who aren’t naturally organised because it removes any reliance on motivation. You follow the structure, allowing you to make fewer decisions.

  • Especially if you’re solo because your system is your team.

    You don’t have:

    • A sales team
    • An operations manager
    • An assistant

It’s important to have systems as a solo-founder or freelancer because it's only you.

  • Services, offers and pricing can evolve. Our frameworks and workspace can be edited for whatever your growth and evolution looks like.

  • You’ll know:

    • What to work on each week
    • Where leads are coming from
    • What stage each client is in
    • What you’re earning
    • What needs fixing
  • If your income or workflow feels unstable, having a client system like The Studio Standard will help.

  • That’s exactly when structure matters most. You need:

    • A seamless back-end
    • A defined offer and pricing
    • A client journey
    • A marketing routine
    • Structure to create momentum
  • To make our frameworks more accessible we have chosen Figma to house the frameworks. You can find our legacy collection made in Adobe for branding and client frameworks.

  • No. You can migrate gradually or integrate into your existing workflow.

  • The Studio Standard was designed with creatives in mind but it works for any freelancer or business that sells a service to clients, creative or not.

  • Yes. The Studio Standard and The Studio Back Office are industry-agnostic. They're built around universal business systems: pricing, client management, marketing, workflow, and financial tracking. If you sell a creative service, it works. If you sell any service, it works.

  • No. The Studio Standard and The Studio Back Office are structured, giving you only the necessities for running your business. Most users feel immediate relief because everything finally has a place.

  • Yes, the entire framework collection is in Figma.

  • No. The Studio Standard and The Studio Back Office works at every stage.

    • Beginners get clarity.
    • Intermediate freelancers get structure.
    • Established creatives get stability.
  • Then don’t buy it. The Studio Standard and The Studio Back Office only works if you implement it. It won’t work if it sits in your dashboard.

  • No. The Studio Back Office is a business operating system built inside Notion.

The tool is Notion but the strategy, structure, and frameworks are ours.

You’re buying 10+ years of tested systems, not a random template.

  • A CRM (Customer Relationship Management) helps you keep track of your potential and current  clients. You can see cold leads to hot leads in your funnel and what needs to be actioned to move them closer to a close. You’ll collect data and stay organised with a CRM.

  • Yes. You just need to input it. There’s a simple tutorial included.

  • Yes. Your monthly revenue is accessible at a simple glance. There is an invoice tracker that shows what needs to be paid and who needs to pay it.

  • Yes through your invoice tracker you can easily track which clients are still owing on their payment plans, monthly retainers or invoices.

    • Freelancers ready to stop quoting per client
    • Studio owners tired of inconsistency
    • Creatives stuck under $10k/month
    • Professionals who want structure without corporate BS

If you treat your business like a hobby, this isn’t for you.

  • The Studio Standard can’t magically bring clients to your door.

    But it will:

    • Make you look more professional
    • Improve conversion rates
    • Help you follow up properly
    • Create repeat clients
    • Make referrals easier
    • Help you plan, manage and understand your business
  • No. This is a one-time purchase. Yours forever. Depending on the product, you may need Figma, Adobe, Canva, Microsoft or Notion account. Check the description before purchase.
